This will be the school side of the room.
Hallway back to the bathroom, work (junk?) room door to the left, laundry door to the right (in the hallway).
Door to where the bedroom will be eventually (the work room door is the frame you see in the far right). This side of the room will be a play area with built in cubbies for various toys to the left of the bedroom door.
School room side, with a view of the closet.Dad had the drywall up by the end of last week and something like 12 recessed lights put in, along with all the electrical work. It's looking good!

Wow, it does look good! You'll have so much more fresh space and even in an area where you can leave a mess and not have everyone see it-- ideal! :)
Awesome. That will be so nice to have a school room and an extra bedroom.
